Uno Più is situated on the north west boundary of Blenheim near a number of wineries.  The four acre property includes established trees and gardens, an in-ground swimming pool, an outdoor chess set on the front lawn, a petanque court and olive grove. Sheep and horses graze in paddocks surrounding the gardens.
