This is a relaxed homestay with only two bedrooms for guests and you can be as private as you wish. All guests rooms are on the ground floor and open out to the patio, garden and barbecue which you are welcome to use.  There is a separate lounge for guests and, if you want to prepare your own food and have a night in, a fully equipped kitchen also. You can make tea or coffee at any time.

Sumner with its  popular beach  and the Christchurch gondola are minutes away as is the Ferrymead Heritage Park.  The city centre is only 11 minutes by car.
